CAJUN DRY RUB
Cajun doesn’t always mean super spicy. Although this rub has a fair amount of heat, the herbs serve to bring a little something extra to the party.
- 2 Tbsp Kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tsp dried onion
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 bay leaves, ground
1 Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
2 Rub onto meat and skin and allow to sit at least one hour before smoking.
Unused portions can be kept in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
