EVERYTHING BASTING SAUCE
This sauce can be used for any recipe requiring a mop or basting sauce.
- 1 quart apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flake
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 bay leaves
1 Heat ingredients over medium heat for 10 minutes to extract a flavors from the herbs.
2 Allow to cool before applying to the meat.
