- 1⁄4 c chili powder
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
2 Rub onto meat and skin and allow to sit at least one hour before smoking.
Unused portions can be kept in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
