ROSEMARY GARLIC RUB

This herby, garlicky wet rub is perfect for beef, lamb, and chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
  • 1⁄3 cup olive oil

Directions:

1 Pulse ingredients together in a food processor. 

2 Slather on the meat at least 30 minutes before smoking.
