SMOKED PORK TENDERLOIN
Tenderloin is best described as a soft meat. It’s one of the best cuts of pork you can ever try. Once it’s been smoked, and slowly heated up all the flavorings will balance in a perfect melody for your taste buds to enjoy.

Charcoal, Soaked Wood Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 pork tenderloins (1.5-2 lb.s each)
- ½ cup marinade
- ½ cup sweet BBQ sauce
Directions:
1 Place your pork loin in your chosen marinade. Allow it to sit in the marinade for 3 hours or overnight if you have the time.
2 Drain the marinade. Place your pork loin on the rack.
3 Half an hour before taking the loin out of the smoker, baste it with barbeque sauce.
4 Remove from the smoker once the pork loin is done smoking. Wrap the pork loin in some foil for ten minutes.
5 Slice the pork loin thinly. Serve with sweet BBQ sauce on the side.
