SMOKIN’ HOT CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
The tastiest parts of a chicken are chicken legs. Make them even more tasty and mouth-watering with this recipe. Add in some awesome spices such as dried thyme, cayenne pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder for an aromatic, savory smoked chicken drumsticks.

Ingredients:
- 6 chicken legs
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. pepper
Directions:
1Preheat your smoker for at least 30 minutes.
2In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
3Rub olive oil into your chicken and then evenly coat each piece with the dry rub.
4Smoke the chicken within the given time and turn them over on each side after an hour to cook the chicken drumsticks evenly.
5Serve this dish with your favorite sauce.
